We were kind of close two years ago but then I thought he didnt like me so i went out with his best friend for a couple of months but I dumped him when i realised I had feeling for M but because of the awkwardness of me dumping his friend we stopped talking. Anyway he started going out with a girl in my class and a few months ago a party we met up and talked for ages, then we talked again afterwards and at the next party he hugged me and told me he missed me and he gave me a tenner in my birthday card which he signed with a kiss. The next party he hugged me and kind of squeezed me and when i asked him why he hugged me like that he got all defensive and told me he hugs everyone like that even though he dosent. Then yesterday me and my friend were talking when his girlfriend sits down opposite my friend with us and starts talkings to us, a bit later he sits down opposite me and his girlfriend we kept accidently looking at each other which his girlfriend notices and asks him why hes staring at me.*he teases me a lot and uses lots of winky faces which he says are all innocentso basically I was wondering if he has any kind of feelings towards me?

just because a boy hugs you or squeezes you and sends smiley texts does not mean he wants you as a gf....
he is a friend. He has a gf and anyone with a gf is off limits in my book... besides if you "steal" him from her what's to prevent someone else from "stealing" him from you?

It sounds like he thinks you are nice to talk to and flirt with a bit. If he wanted you to be his girlfriend, well, he has a girlfriend already, so he must want HER to be his girlfriend.
I would keep things very platonic with him and look to other guys as potential dating partners.
Good luck!

I would say no more than friends at this point. He seems to be just friendly.
