I have been with this guy for 2 years now, and we get on great - but we have some quite big arguments over nothing.. when we argue we both usually know that we'l be back together within an hour..

I am a jealous person, i cant help it i just am and he has let me down before.

I needed to know if i could trust him now so i pretended to be someone else and started chatting him up. I could tell he knew it was me so I thought he would say something but he half played along.

In the end It ended up in me realizing how stupid i'd been and we argued again. This time however I don't have the feeling that we'll be back together. I really love him and I know he loves me.

I need to know if I should try to get together with him again and how.

I love him with all my heart and I cant believe myself why I had to do what I did.

A female reader, Keria United Kingdom +, writes (8 May 2007):

Sorry, but I don't quite get it. You pretended you were someone else to see if he would take the bait? You sound very insecure to me.

Ok, he "took the bait", but you know he knew it was you. So, he went along with it, and you look foolish for checking to see how faithful he is to you?

And now what is the problem? Is he mad at you for checking up on him? What is it you are asking, exactly?
