It's possible that you have an allergy. I would talk to a doctor before drinking again.
Now, if you're talking about a hangover, that's different. Stop drinking so much, and drink a lot of water and some juice to re-hydrate. Also take a pain-killer (tylenol, etc.) with the water.
The only thing is that this doesn't sound much like a hangover to me -- generally throwing up wouldn't stop the headache.

reader, anonymous, writes (8 May 2007): Some folks just don't get on with drink. Some (especially asians) are missing an enzyme that breaks down alcohol.
Two suggestions: Give up drinking, and see your doctor. Puke and drink are not a healthy combination.
