It would be a shame to lose a frienship over this. Don't end your friendship- end your 'no strings relationship.'
If it carries on you will eventually feel used and end up hurt.
IF he is a true friend, he'll accept sex is off limits and your friendship can return to what it was.

Did he say he would be in a relationship with you?
Did you assume it?
Really it depends on both your mindsets and did you talk before hand, if he said you could have a relationship, then changed his mind, kick him to the kerb
If you never ask but assumed its different, your better off telling him how you feel, but staying away for a while to give each other space

Find somebody that you can have a loving relationship with, where is is not just about Sex, but about making love! Having this "friendship with benefits" is stealing many moments of true love and happines from you!

A
reader, anonymous, writes (6 June 2008): There are people just like him and they want to have friends with benefits. Friends with benefits are people who want to be friends with you just so that way they can have sex with you. You should end the friendship because why would be with a guy who only wants to have sex with you and doesn't really love you? Now that's wrong right there! You shouldn't even hang out with him.
