Sorry if I'm incorrect on that one but you sound religious. Most religions frown upon pre-marital sex. Indeed, some religions condemn sexual acts other than for the purpose of procreation.

You could try watching a handsome man (other than your brother) with full lips other than your brother more often. The face you think of going down on you may change.
Finaly, incest is immoral amongst human beings and we are socialy groomed to hate that idea. But biologicaly it is possible and many times the urge for incest is common amonst growing children. It could be that you meet fewer boys other than your brother. If you change that, this may change that person.
