If you have been damaged by anal sex (ie, your sphincter muscles are lax) then maybe. But they don't care, they are not judging you, they are looking for whatever it is you are having the investigations for....

reader, anonymous, writes (6 December 2006): Well I googled it but couldnt find an answer, but my guess is that if you allowed some reasonable period of time, like a week, that they couldnt tell from the tissue condition. This assumes that you dont have any extreme stretching like goatsie.
You could try wincing during the procedure to add some versimilitude to your virginhood. ;-)
BTW if the doctor wanted a colonoscopy you should probably get one.
