Even if they don't get any bigger just know that you are beautiful. Don't spend your entire life hating what you are just because of your breast size. I have always hated the way I looked no matter how many men hit on me. So it is obviously my own problem. Unfortunately we live in a highly media driven society . Be yourself. Be an individual. Love yourself for who you are. Please take this advice. I know how you feel hun! =0)

reader, anonymous, writes (9 April 2008): I'm 22 and I have A cup breasts. When I was your age, 14, I was constantly disappointed because I expected to grow C cup breasts any minute. Practically all the women in my family have/had C cup breasts.
It was always hard in the beginning because it seemed like all the guys at school were obsessed with big breasts. But recently, in college, I've had plenty of guys hit on me and tell me they actually LIKE my small breasts!! So don't worry!! Look at actresses like Keira Knightley and Kate Hudson. They have small boobs and they're GORGEOUS!! ^_^

Same here when I was 15 my breast were a cup and boyfriend didn't mind but deep down I knew he "wondered" but during the school year b4 I turned 16 I went from a A-C cup in about 8 months. Your time will come look how late it came for me good luck and PRAY!!

I know exactly what you mean - I also have small breasts and it can be very frustrating sometimes. But it's not the end of the world! Having small breasts can actually be an advantage!

When it comes to breasts, breast is best. Most guys dont care what size they are as long as they are breast.
Some men/teens prefer smaller boobs, some larger, it depends. BUT you should be looking for someone who likes you for you anyway.
PS: Big Breast are nice in concept but not in reality for some

I can certainly tell you that wearing a bra DOES NOT stop development. I wore a bra as soon as I started growing, and I now have DD cups.
Not everyone gets larger breast. a lot of it is genetic.
Be proud of what you have- there are plenty of men that are turned away from large breasts!

 There was a girl we'd pick on in school because she was underdeveloped. (yes I have apologized) At the time I was a kid, playing along with everyone else. What got me was after school I ran into in a store. Oh my, her body was perfect. We're talking model. I knew all though we're friends, she'd never go out with me because of picking on her.
Don't let people bug you. When you're walking around perfect, and their sagging a bit here and there. They'll be looking at you wishing they had a body like yours.

I'm now 20 and my breasts have just stopped growing this year. I don't want to give you false hope but I went from a A to a C in the five years since I was 15.
There is also the possibility that your breasts will stay the same size, do not be disappointed if they stay small. Having small breasts will save you from some of the physical pain that myself and others have gone through because of large breasts. (Just think you will never have to search for shirts that fit your breasts)
It takes a while for us to recognize our own beauty and strength, I'm sure in time you will recognize that and become comfortable with who you are.

reader, anonymous, writes (5 November 2007): You are only 14 and therefore you are still growing, so stop worrying. Anyway some people see small as beautiful. I have always had larger boobs, back pain etc. They are not wonderful as some people seem to think. You can wear lovely vest tops etc. You are doing a good thing by wearing a bra though, you wont get droopy boobs in the future. Some girls who never wear a bra end up with saggy boobs which look awful. Stop worrying and enjoy what you have.

reader, anonymous, writes (5 November 2007): Remember, there are always people out there who will make fun of you for something. Even if you have DD36 breasts bulging out from your sleeves, there will be people out there to point and make fun of.
Heck, during high school, I was made fun of because of my tiny size and lopsided hair cut!
As for sleeping with a bra on, according to various sites I've searched, there is no proven science behind stunting the growth of your breasts while wearing a bra to sleep.

 Hello.
you really dont want to worry about this, it is not really a problem, you are going on 15, people develop at different stages you will still be growing, i now it is a long way off, but you still have until you are 18 before you stop growing, some people even grow after that age, i am sorry that the people around you are calling you over this, they are to immature to understand, if it makes you fell better sleeping with out a bra then you go a head and do it, at least you can try it out and see what the result is, if you dont try how will you know if it works.
