On the other hand, a personal massage with warm hands is much preferable, and at the same time you can be thoroughly checked out for any suspicious lumps.

Boob boosters might be the answer. Department stores sell gel-filled breast enhancers that you tuck into your bra, which feel like real breasts. Or look for gel-filled bras.
‘Natural’ pills to boost breast size are available in some health food stores. These often contain ‘phytoestrogens’, which are substances from plants that have an oestrogen-like effect on the body.
or try vacuum pumps.

You can try to make your own at no extra cost with just the materials from your kitchen.

Uncle Phil,
Your observation is correct. Majority of Chinese and Japanese have smaller breast while Indians and Malays have well endowed breast.
A research found that Indian and Malay women consumed lots of curries in their diets.
Curries contained the herb , fennel.

I wouldn't worry about it honey, great things come in small packages. I love nipples more than the size of breasts. I think women who alter their breasts are sorry many times.I personally love natural breasts.

In some races, the women have well endowed breasts.
It has been found that their diets contained phytoestrogens.
Phytoestrogen content varies in different foods, and may vary significantly within the same group of foods (e.g. soy beverages, tofu) depending on processing mechanisms and type of soy bean used.
Legumes (in particular soybeans), whole grain cereals, and some seeds are high in phytoestrogen.
A more comprehensive list of foods known to contain phytoestrogens includes: soy beans, tofu, tempeh, soy beverages, linseed (flax), sesame seeds, wheat, berries, oats, barley, dried beans, lentils, rice, alfalfa, mung beans, apples, carrots, wheat germ, ricebran, soy linseed bread, ginseng, bourbon and beer, fennel and anise

Taking more of those foods may increase your breast size.

I mean look at Sharon Stone in BASIC INSTINCT, her breasts weren't big and it was one of the hottest love scenes ever filmed... I'm surprised Michael Douglas made it out alive. You may have heard the old saying, 'Any more than a handful and its a waste'. Its true. Some men like bigger breasts and I will never understand this, they look crap. Smaller breasts make a woman look slimmer and more toned. Like a flowing piece of silk and thats how it should be.But if it really bothers you and is really affecting your self-worth, then surgery is an option. But to get it done safely is quite expensive. You can go to places like Thailand where they'll perform the surgery cheaper but its fraught with far more risks and plenty of women have lost their breasts due to the operation going south and procedures that no well-trained doctor would ever dream of using. So weigh it all up and hopefully you'll learn how to flaunt what you have and effectively this will help.Flynn 24

I am 40 and the same breast size as you. It has always bothered me and still does. I almost had surgery when I was 23, but chickened out. Now I wish I had done it. I'm not talking about humongous, just maybe to a C cup. The man I'm married to used to have a girlfriend who was DD, and he has never been anything but nice about my size, but just from my self-esteem experience, I think that if the thought and money ever cross your mind in a few years, you should enhance. I, too, however, must say that it is nice not to have something flopping around when driving down a bumpy road or having all that sweat underneath all the time, plus the sagging thing.

Sweetheart, I had the same issues you are going through now. You will appreicate it when you are my age (48) because they are perky and firm as can be now! from a 32 to a 34B, but most women my age have ones that hang to their belly buttons! So feel fortunate that you are small now...in time, that will change, so be patient. and be proud.
You can do exercises like flies and free weights to build the muscles up under the breast tissue to help, and also there are push up bras and sexy tiny lingerie to show off the nipples and the rest of your body, so don't fret. You'd be surprised at how many guys love small breasts because they remind them of young girls...just beginning to develop. It can be a turn on for most!

At one point I used to be bigger than anyone else my age (early developer) but I suddenly just stopped and have been the same size now for 3 years!!! Because of my self-consciousness of them, I bought some breast fillets - which are basically silicone circular implants that you insert inside your bra. They really make a difference, I now look more like a 34B. I do feel fake wearing them but if they get bigger within a few years i'll stop wearing the fillets. Also try push-up bra's I have a couple and they work really well too! You can purchase the breast fillets from Primark, which are very good and only £4. I wouldn't consider surgery just yet though, because you may get much bigger within the next 3-4 years and you dn't want massive balloons do you? lol Good luck xxx

A
reader, anonymous, writes (20 March 2008): A 32A is definitely not flat. They're not the biggest, I'll grant you that, but there's nothing wrong with being 32A. I love 32A's. Very pert. No grooves in your shoulders and no bad back through carrying too much weight around. No sweat rash underneath.
It's a myth that all men like huge knockers. Some of these surgically enhanced jobs look just too ridiculous for words. Just look at Victoria Beckham as a perfect example. Like a pair of helium-filled half melons.

Well knowing there arent any magic pills to increase your bust, ill say one thing that applies to most men (who arent a-holes) breasts are breast, they will love them big or small as long as they are there.
Some men even prefer smaller breasts. Just find someone who loves your body and you.

reader, anonymous, writes (20 March 2008): Well honey I don't think there's any pills you can take, but of course you always have the option of surgery if you're really upset about it. But to be honest, I'm thinking of REDUCTION surgery, as my breasts are already a cup size E and I'm younger than you.. I really don't like it though, I feel like I stand out too much, especially as I have a thin frame. Having big breasts is not all its cracked up to be, although I do understand your problem. It would probably be best to discuss your options through with a doctor, but the only solution I can think of is surgery. Good luck! :]
