The only thing you could do is wait around for this relationship to end.
You already gave your friend a warning and she decided to done deaf ears, so no matter how much you want to prevent your friend from future pain, she won't listen to you at all. So go up to your friend and ask her for forgiveness about you trying to interfere with their relationship. Even when you know that you meant it for her best interest.
It's better to stay in friendly terms with her so you can be a good shoulder when she goes up to you crying telling you he dumped her. Also, when this time comes, DON'T TELL HER "I TOLD YOU SO". This will just make her feel worse and probably deem you a bad friend.
You already warned her and she didn't pay attention, so let her fall on her own and learn this the bad way. Just be there for her when all of this happens.
