A female United States age 26-29, anonymous writes:

Im bi-curious and im kind of confused. My friend at school found out im bi and now she thinks i have a crush on her. I tend to talk to her nervously because shes one of those people you shouldnt say or do anything weird near, as she is in on and starts a lot of rumors. But i swear i dont like her!

I take different approuches to boys than to girls though. I talk nervously around boys and say things like "hes soooo hot" etc. But with girls i dont say anything about or hit on them until im sure they are either lesbian or bi.... is there an alternative approach?

Im sorry im asking a lot i just am confused right now..

its all okay to be confused like this at your age :) the first step is to just relax... when someone i know thinks that i fancy them i just confront them and tell them that i don't.

as for your second question, im not sure what straight girls are like apart from the fact that they fight with a little more bitchyness rather than straight men who have been known to use violence in order to get an interested gay guy to back off... so i think that your current approach is a good one... you can never be too careful... stick with waiting to be sure of their sexuality before you hit on them. good luck! :) x
