Its not a big stuff. Whatever things u try to suppress, that will persist. So don't try to avoid her. That will raise your interest in her.U try to mingle with that lady as ur own sister in group so that nothing bad will occur.Gradually u will able to overcome the situation.
One more thing that I would tell u is, about increasing your faith in God and probability of going for relaxation and mind control exercise as Yoga, art of living etc. That will give you a much mind control and lot of positive energy to your thoughts.

Far too many men and women become infatuated with someone while they're married. A selfish, self-serving way to be and they all feel just the way you do. You are having a sexual physical response to the excitement you feel around this twin sister. And your wife encourages this!? It's your business what you do in the bedroom, but perhaps you should do the decent, humane thing and let this twin sister know that you both want to 'use' her for your own sexual satisfaction, 'before' calling her to come for a visit, alone. Ah ha! you are experiencing the age old dilemma - will the twin be exactly like the one Im with. You're curious to know if there is a difference but best advice is dont go down that road. It will all end in tears. Stick with the twin you already have and stand back and enjoy the similarities.

If she's your wife's twin, then she probably shares many similarities with your wife, correct? They have similar genetics, so they likely share a strong physical resemblance (you didn't mention them being identical, but even sisters born a few years appart usually look a little similar, so twins could be even more similar). If they were raised together (their parents didn't divorce or anything), then their personalities are likely similar as well. What you're finding is that the qualities that make your wife attractive to you are also present in your sister, so of course you find her attractive as well.

 You say that you fantasise about them. Do you mean your wife and your twin getting it on? The problem with a desire ignored or surpressed is that it often grows. However there is nothing wrong with fantasy. Thought crime thankfully isnt considered an actual crime yet.
Neither should it be. What matters ultimately is what you do. As long as you are clear in yor head this is a fantasy i dont see it as being wrong.
