Hi,
DONT PANIC.
If you are always tired, I thought that you may have an undiagnosed med condition...you didnt mention that you had been diagnosed....

Mrvhappy, could you explain your answer please? I'm all paranoid!
Thanks x

Hi,
If you drink loads of water and are constanly going to the loo.... I think you need to see your Dr urgently.
Good luck and let us know how you get on

I have been in your situation before and sometimes still.
I was so tired because I had nothing to do during the day and I wasn't eating enough GREEN vegetables.
So your unemployed; what do you do with your day? Do you get out of the house? I find going for a walk in the morning when its a little cold very energising.
I find that if I make a list of things to do during the day it keeps me motivated to not have a nap. Have a nutritious breakfast with some nuts. Get 50% of your calorie intake before noon. You might also be anaemic, this is simple to solve; eat lots of green veg, especially spinach!
Hope you feel more energetic soon :-)

It could be normal or an indication of a problem. I think what's going on is you aren't finding anything to occupy your time and it is getting to you. Also, the more you sleep, the more you want to sleep sometimes.
Do you have a hobby or activity you could participate in? Is there something productive you could do? Could you audit a class, or find something to study to make yourself more marketable?
Excessive sleeping can be one of the symptoms of depression as well, but there need to be other symptoms for that diagnosis.
Also, some people are just nappers. My dad is one. He gets up each morning, but needs an afternoon nap. Then he's fine till bed. He's been doing that for years.
