Okay I would really love some help here..

Im a 15 year old girl, about 5"6 and 9.5 stone. I'm very active a swim everyday and run a fair bit as well. The problem is I still don't feel like the skinnyest person ever. Dont get me wrong, I'm not one of those obbsessive size zero girls, just I would really love for some tipps and exercises to get rid of extra fat around the waist/top of legs and bum. and also to get flat smooth abs. I'm also going away on holiday soon and would like to feel more confident in my bikini so any tips wuld be muchly appreciated x

I am sure you look great, but we do find it hard to see the best in ourselfs. All the women you look at who you think look great will all have their own hang ups ,bits they dont like about themselves. Find a bikini with shorts they are so cool and make you feel a bit more confident. If you like your top half better make sure this is brighter than the bottom that way peoples eyes turn towards that more. Get some great shades and a really big beach bag that in turn makes your body look smaller when you are holding it.

I would just like to say your weight is fine and i dont think you have a problem. Drink lots of water and try walking they may help you feel a little more tonned. Dont lose any weight what you think looks good others may not.

Have a great holiday and i know you will look fab

birdynumnums agony auntI wouldn't worry too much dear. You are actually a bit underweight for your height, and if you are active - I'm sure you'll look just fine on the beach. I was 5'7" and 120 pounds when I was 16 with ribs sticking out, and I actually still looked skinny at 140 pounds. Someone gave me a fitness test and said I my ideal weight for my frame was 167 pounds - so it does vary a lot depending on your bone structure. If you want your bathing suit to be flattering, get it in a colour that blends in with your surroundings rather than black, so sea green or blue. That way you don't have a harsh, definitive silhouette against your backdrop - which is kinder to any figure. AND trust me, we are all our own worst critics. Now that I am 52, I look back at my figure when I was young and think - What on earth was I complaining about?

Have a great vacation!
