I find myself turning to my imagination, or remembering past experiences with specific women when masturbating instead of seeking pornography out. I haven't been aroused by porn for months... close to a year. I thought it was just a phase but the lust I had for it in my teens seems to be gone. I am a very sexual person, I can get erections if kissing or fooling around with a woman, for instance, but images and videos don't do anything for me any more. Does this mean anything? Is it just part of... "growing up"?

The brain is our strongest sex organ! I agree that porn is boring, and sometimes very amusing! But my own fantasies! Now that's a different story! There is nothing wrong with you. Fantasize....you can be the writer, director and actor!Enjoy!~BG~

Oh no how horrible you must be severely ill. Not really. You've just realized something most men never realize. That real women, with real body parts, having real orgasms, and real sex are more exciting then women in porn. This is, believe it or not a very good thing. It means you've grown up and understand what sex is really about. This is a good thing, I promise. Also when you never have to have a fight with a girlfriend about getting rid of your extensive porn collection you'll be very happy.

Well, I'm a girl, and I used to watch porn and be aroused, but not anymore. I don't like it that my boyfriend watches porn, but anyway. To me it was, well, you see one you've seen them all! I think maybe because of the monotony of it, the curiosity I had wore off and so did the thrill. It's pretty boring, eh?
I hope my boyfriend grows out of it like you, but he's older than you already, so... anyway, I think it's completely normal, don't let any macho guy tell you otherwise, ever. I agree 100% with Emily and Caring Guy, real sex is so much better!

You've just grown up and worked out that porn is second best to the real things, that's all. I was the same. One day porn just didn't work. The reason was I'd met someone I'd much rather be with. Nothing's wrong with you.

You've figured out the secret that most men will never ever get...
Porn is fake and boring. As a woman, I find it very rare to find porn that you can't look at and say "She's faking it. This is just aimed at dim drunk men."
The fact you can see that too is fantastic news for you because you can now use this knowledge to have better sex and not be influenced by some pathetic screaming blonde trying to pay the rent by getting on camera.
Most women would kill to have a boyfriend with a deeper understanding of sex than "fondling boobs + big penis + lots of thrusting = orgasm." There is SO MUCH more to getting turned on than that.
Welcome to the new world! It's so much more fun than the internet!
Good Luck!! xx
