writes: okay theres this guy tom that likes me and hes pretty popular but not really that hot and i like him (but no one knows) but my friend likes this other guy jeff but she is always like talking to tom and is making him sit besider her and stuff, so im affraid that he likes her or going to like her somthing like that. it bothers me how we dont really talk alot and i just dont know what to do, please help thanks.  You have got to tell your friend to back off, that you like this guy and that you feel totally left out of the equation. Tell her that you are really into him and that you really would like him to notice you...she might even be able to help considering it seems she is quite friendly with him. He won't notice you if you sit in the background with the furniture, step up (not in his face or anything) but discretely show and interest by talking to him, sitting with him and doing exactly what your friends doing. Your friend should understand that you like him and back off a little giving you room to squeeze in there.
Sounds to me like you aren't as confident as your friend which is fine, thats just the way you are but don't let yourself get jealous if they get along well...if its meant to be (with you and him) then it won't pass you by!
