 If you have taken 3 negative tests, then you are extremely unlikely to be pregnant.
I hazard a guess that you are very worried that you are pregnant. Worry can delay a period, so take solace from the fact you had tested negative 3 times. Try to relax, I am sure everything will be ok.
A week late is nothing, are you always regular?

 Jeezzz Helen thats not the best advice to give, "I have unprotected sex all the time with my bf and im never pregnant.." ever occured to you that your just lukcy!? If you dont want an unwanted pregancy no matter what stage of the month use protection .. just because 10 times before you were okay does not mean that it wont happen..
To the poster, there is a chance yes that you could be pregnant and the spotting was irrelevant, as soulsista said sometimes the tests dont detect the hormane required for the test to work in the urine as its not as strong in the first few weeks.. Maybe pop along to the doctor if you are overally concenred and they can do a test there aswell as arrange for a blood test, but you could be stressing a little and that delays the period... by the way you dont say if your trying for a baby, but maybe thats why you had sex when you were ovulating ? Which would mean that you could also alter the result because you want it to read pregnant and that then could also delay the period... either way the doctor should be able to help you out.

 I have unprotected sex with my boyfriend all the time and my periods are always late but I am never pregnant. I say wait another week and do a test. Until then I wouldn't worry too much

 Hi Anonymous,Yes, there is a chance that you might be pregnant. But, sometimes if you're stressing out over something or sick they will be late, too. Or if you've stopped taking the pill recently it might have thrown your monthly cycle for a loop and it's trying to get back on track. There are other reasons why your period may be abnormal right now, too.I recommend going to the doctor like the other aunts have suggested to be safe. If you're not pregnant you want to make sure that everything else checks out okay, too.Take care.

 Sweetie, pregnancy tests are not always that accurate so even if they are coming up negative, there is always that possibility you may be pregnant, go the docs for a blood test. Take care. xXx

Unprotected sex at any stage of your menstral cycle can lead to pregnancy so it is a possibility. However there are also other medical reasons for your period to be late. Were they regular before? Give it another week and if it still hasnt come go to your doctors and have a sexual health screen done (smear, sti tests etc). The fact that you were spotting could mean your period is on its way or be an indication of some other health problems so please do go get it check if you period doesnt come. If you are unsure about your sexual partners history you should probably get tested anyway.

 If you had sex while you were ovulating, there is a chance you could be pregnant. A lot of women find that the tests don't pick up on the pregnancy hormone for a while so just keep trying with the tests, maybe go and have one at your doctors. Good luck
