I had been with a guy for nearly two years and i was getting bored of him i found my self resenting him and him just clinging to me more, i like haveing my seperate time for my self and i made that clear but he become more verbally violent and sometimes physically nothing exterme just grabing onto me and bruising me which is not normal for him i broke up with him ( it was going to happen anyway i was leaveing for spain for school for a year) but now that im here i find myself wanting him back what should i do i dont want to put myself in that situation again and how can i recongize the disfuction sooner

Codependency information will teach you how to be confident, independent and create your own happiness rather than rely on others or be a NEEDY/victim.

If codependency bothers you, google: self confidence and learn how to be free and less NEEDY.
