You can also do cardio-type exercises - curl-ups instead of sit-ups, jogging, running, treadmill, cycling, and dancing.

Like Mr. Anon said, don't eat less per se. Just eat differently and proportionately. Try to spread your meals out into smaller dishes and eat 4 to 5 times throughout the day. Also look at the amount of calories intake you're having on a daily basis. You should be burning off more calories than you're consuming.

Also remember that eating healthy doesn't mean cutting out the things you like eating.

babieegirL agony auntHey There,

I have always had problems with my weight. One week I'll weight 150, then the next week I'll be 8 - 10 pounds heavier. What helps me, when I'm not feeling lazy, is a brisk walk atleast 20-30 minutes a day. Drinking lots of water helps too. Perhaps 20 sit-up/crunches in the morning, and the same before or after your walk. Don't stop eating though. Your body will need the fats and protien to burn off the calories. Try cutting down on carbs, eat healthy foods, watch your portions, eat slower than normal and chew your food really well! If you eat slow, your body is able to let you know when your stomach is full, quicker. Each little bit will contribute. And nothing happens over night. It's a commitment that you are willing to keep. It's also a great way to maintain a healthy life style.

I hope this helps!

GoodLuck*

Dont stop eating.

Like a half an hour before a meal drink 1 or two glasses of water (or other low cal drink). Then start with your salad.

Dont try to cut out dessert all together, but do be aware of portions.
