Would be best suited for you,
The first option is to see a councilor now I’m sure in some cases they do work however it means you reliving all the trauma that put you in the councilors chair in the first place so I do not think it’s the quickest most healing option for you, they cannot give opinions or much guidance either I personally didn’t find them much of a help when I had my own issues, they also make you feel like a victim you’re not a victim you are a survivor,
The second is hypnotherapy this is much better in my opinion, they allow you to connect with your fears and turn them around in such a positive way, they build your confidence and make you more positive about everything and help the pain to pass more quickly,
The third is angel therapy this can also be a great moving spiritual experience that will help you to heal all the negative vibes that caused the issue with the attackers, and let you know that you really are not alone the Angels are with you always,
Obviously you could try them all and see what’s right for you need some kind of therapy you but I don’t know why people always suggest “counseling” or “therapy” its not that good in my opinion too spill out all your pain then hear someone say “times up”
You leave there not feeling better and a lot of people have said the same thing,
Those opinions aside take care of yourself and I hope this has helped you, ?

Did you report it to the police? Which country are we talking about? You certainly need to have a word with someone in the professional field, sorry, but i'm not sure who, but i bet if you have a word with either the police or your doctor they will point you in the right direction.
I do hope you can get over this despicable thing. I am sending you a big hug and kiss.
Take care and let me know how you get on.

Hello,
I suggest you see a councillor or someone you can talk to about your fear and anxiety. I’m very sorry you have to go through this… I don’t understand racism. I don’t know what makes someone so evil that they have to make someone’s life hell simply because THEY don’t like the colour of ones skin or the religion one follows, (amongst other things)
Don’t let them win! Once ready live a happy life and make something of your self! I can tell you now the people who have done this to you won’t ever amount to a thing, but you will! And in the end you will win.
Take Good Care Of Your Self

Being very familiar with your circumstances having lived there for 21 years, racism is far from a thing of the past their I'm affraid. I'd love to be able to say it is, but I wouldnt be truthfull.
Racism can be very hurtful and cruel. No-one has the right to pick on someone because of their race. I know when I lived there, I lived in fear the bulk of my adult years, but trust me it does get easier as time passes.
The fact that you are scared and traumatised means that whatever was done or said cut to the core of you. That is the worst case of racism.
Firstly, did you report the matter to the police? If you havent, I would seriously suggest that you do. These people or person shouldnt be allowed to get away with it. I know that they say that nothing will be done, but at least even if they dont, the matter has been reported and if it does happen again, it will be dealt with. My brother-in-law is a Warrant Officer in SAP, and he confirms this.
Secondly, I would suggest that you go to a counsillor as a matter of urgency. Like TODAY!
Thirdly, get some karate lessons, or go to a class that teaches you how to protect yourself. Its a good way to protect yourself and it will also teach you how to mentally protect yourself.
