Pelvic Floor Exercises!!! I know alot of friends that have tried them and say they felt the difference, I've had a baby and I didn't think because I had a C Section I thought I wouldn't need to do them but I tried them as they are mean't to tone your bum aswell and I felt the difference and later found out that even with a C Section your muscles loosen up.

Pelvic floor exercises can make a huge difference and no-one need even know you're doing them!
Clench your muscles like you're holding in a pee. Do ten or twenty repetitions of this a day and you'll be in tip top shape in no time!!
My friend swears by this .... and she had twins!
