India, boosting someone's self esteem till they think they're gods or something is seriously not the way to go. How do you know she's beautiful? Have you seen her?
Throwing up is not the way to go since thats just gross and seriously environmentally unfriendly (unless you do it into a toilet in which case its just freaking gross to the max!!) I cant tell you if 133lbs (60kg it turns out) is a lot for you since you may have heavy bones or just a lotta muscle. But if you're normal in that way, then 60kg is just a little bit on the extra (and I really do mean just a little bit). Rather than some wussy dance class that'll give you results after 5 years, take up something more vigorous like muay thai (kick boxing if you cant find the original non watered down thai version) or running. You'll see results within weeks that way. Plus exercise helps you feel good about yourself too and the more you do it, the more you want to do it

throwing up and starving yourself will not help it will only make your metabolism slow down so when you do start eating again your body will store the food as fat as it doesnt know when it will get its next meal. teenagers go one of two ways pile on a few extra pounds or look anorexic when your body is going through so many changes its not a good idea to start messing it up like all the idealisic waifs in the magazines and how may times do you see these so called beautiful people in rehab or dead from an overdose. reality is not like that wherever you're from.
the best thing i can say is eat well take excercise and drink plenty of water instead of spending time thinking about being thin which is as unhealthy as being fat you should think about getting fit

You're not even CLOSE to fat, sweetness. You're young and probably under a lot of pressure to be thin as a rail and unhealthy... but you've got no reason for that. Starving yourself and throwing up is not healthy, it's not going to make you feel any better - maybe for a few minutes, but not in the long run. If you're really not happy with yourself, work out! Take a dance class! Something other than starving yourself.
You are BEAUTIFUL!
