We have been together for 2 years, and he introduced me to porn and bondage. Now I think about it all the time.  You go girl! I dont know if this helps but I have read that womens sex drives increase when we are in our 40's. I think it has something to do with pre-menopause and our bodies trying to get those last eggs fertilized. Mens sex drives are more revved up in their teens and 20's. So relax, I think its pretty normal for women in their 40's to want it all the time. As long as its not causing any real rifts between the two of you, enjoy it while you can. I think sex toys are a good release as long as he isnt uncomfortable with it. Good Luck!!!

 Well done...you are 45 and have a sex drive! It is not abnormal...it is very very normal. Different people have different needs for sex - some are once a month, some are once per day. The secret to a happy relationship is some kind of compromise between your needs and your man's before you put him in A&E :-) If you can substitute full sex on certain days for other sexual activities that you find stimulating (...this could be your voyage of self discovery using sex toys or whatever floats your boat) then that could be your 'compromise' for the sake of the relationship. As for your man, I am sure he feels good about himself if slightly exhausted knowing that you want him that much - what man wouldn't!
