 Married too, yeah that's BIG part. So not only is she breaking the law having sex with you she is breaking her marriage vows as well. In your other post you say she is going into the army and will be gone 5 1/2 months. Great! Use that time to get your head screwed on right.

reader, anonymous, writes (1 April 2009): Nope, she wont go to prison if your dating is not sexual. You can choose to wait until you turn 18, to take ur relationship to sexual level. Personally I believe that this statutory rape thing is ridiculous and it takes the seriousness out of the word "rape." Uninformed consent to sex can never be equal to the horror of a rape. But we cant argue with law. As long as it is there, we are obliged to obey it.
