Also, if his family wanted me to keep the baby and live in their house with them and the baby and my parents are extremly racist and wouldn't approve of the baby, could I move in with the baby's dad without my parents agreeing? Because I just want to have the baby grow up and have a mother and a father around. And I couldn't do that from 2 hours away from my boyfriend.

 it sounds like a good dream but i dont think u can be charged with rape and i dont think his parents will just let u move in to there home with a baby. they might not believe the baby is his well i wish u luck on what ever happens

 It's unlikely that the parents will be about to accuse you of rape. However, the fact that you made this mistake makes me think that perhaps you're not mature enough to have a child. If the fathers parents are willing to let you live there, then they are not likely to want to have you charged with rape.
Just to give you some personal insight though, my brother was fifteen and his girlfriend was eighteen when he got her pregnant. My nephew is now four, my brother is 21 in a few weeks and he has almost no attachment to either his son or his ex-girlfriend. even now, he is not mature enough to have a son or a girlfriend that serious. You have to remember that boys really do mature mentally at a much slower rate than females do. If you go through with this, you're taking away this boys childhood by giving him a child when he still IS a child.

Sorry, if you created a baby from a drunken night, what makes you thing a boy of merely 13 will stick around in the childs life? You expect that he will love, care for and give up his life for it as you think he should? You think his parents will want you there?
You obviously have very high expectations.
In the UK 16 is the legal age to have sex. If either the boy or the girl is 16 and the other party is younger, they can infact be charged. Whether or not they eventually are is down to the magistrate, I believe that the seriousness of an older girl and younger boy should be taken as seriously as the other way round but unfortunately this isnt the case. Dont get me wrong, many people have sex before they reach legal age - but do it safely, being drunk is not an excuse and the magistrate will take this into account too - as you are also underage for that!
Im sorry I cant tell you it will all be rosey but actions have consequences. Good Luck with your baby.

Only if the boys parents want to charge you, but it is unlikely. You are both under age, but within the 4 year age limit. So don't worry about being charged with a crime.

Well i dont know what the law is in the states?
My bro was only just 14 when he got his 15 yr old girlfriend pregnant, they had a girl. She didnt get charged with anything. If it had been the other way round, who knows what could happen. But like i say, this is the Uk, so would be different.
If you're 16, surely you can live where you want as far as your rents are concerned. Where that leaves him though, once again, i wouldnt know.
At 13, its doubful he will be able to cope with the responsibility though anyway to be honest. Its a big ask!
