kk chick the only way he would go to prison is if, both parents made a complaint and/or one of you didnt consent to the sex. i dont kno what the age is over there. when the baby is born you should be 16 or nearly sixteen so tehre shouldnt be a need to worry. hope i helped, mail me to let me no if u want x x x

After reading the link that Midge provided (great link, btw!) it seems that even if your parents don't turn him in, he still could be arrested. 'Age of consent laws are there to stop young people from being exploited by adults.' The laws don't care if he's your boyfriend or if your parents approve. More from the site: 'Even if he is your boyfriend and even if your parents allow it ... if reported, that person may be arrested, tried in a court of law, and sent to jail.' I'm sorry hon.
Chances are they may not enforce it, but they could. Be very careful.

Since your parents approve of you dating him, it's not likely that they will turn him in, but if they wanted to they could press charges and he'd go to jail. He's over 18 (an adult) and you're not yet. (In my state the age of consent is 18 -- you might want to find out what that age is in your state).
If you've missed your period, you can take the pregnancy test that you can buy at the store. If you can get to a clinic to have the doctor do a blood test, that's even better.
If you are pregnant, you should talk to your parents.

I'm afraid he can. This is a website link that you may find helpful. http://www.coolnurse.com/consent.htm
I suggest you get a pregnancy test done asap. A blood test at your local doctor will be the best option.

Yes technically he could go to jail for rape even though you consented to sex.the legall age for sex is 16 and even though you may be mature enough to make adult desisions you actually cant...laws are there to be kept.....
the only way your boyfriend could get into trouble is if you or your parents make a complaint
