A doctor is always a good idea, but it sounds like haemorrhoids to me, which are very common for pregnant women especially. They typically cause pain when you defecate and often cause bleeding (sometimes quite a lot). So if you see it coming from your anus (just touch that part with toilet paper and only that part to see), that's most likely what it is. However, if it's coming from your vagina you need to get to a doc ASAP.

Hope you got the message by now, go to the doctor!
If you are sure its hemmeroids, however they are spelt, then its not a risk to your baby, but always best to check with the doc before taking any remedies. Good luck.

Please consult your doctor right away. Medical advice from strangers with no training is just not a good idea.

this is best asked of a medical doctor. NOT strangers on the internet.

From the vagina or the anus.Any type of vaginal blood loss needs to be reported to your healthcare provider! I suppose it will be anal bloodloss since it occurs when you have a bowel movement. This could be caused by hemroids (bloodvessels that kind of swell up) If your stools are very dry and hard and you have to strain alot when you go number 2 it may cause more pressure in your bottom and cause those hemroids to bleed. You should see your healthcare provider, this problem can be solved quite easily by softening your stools. Diet rich in fiber (fruits, veggies, whole grains, cereals...)and drink plenty of water can do miracles. Sometimes your doctor will prescribe some stool softeners, medication to help those swollen bloodvessels to unswell or ointments for hemroids. But anytime you are uncertain about anything during pregnancy call your healthcare provider for advice, do not feel embarrased. Good luck and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy
