Chances are this is not the boy you will end up marrying -- if you do, chances are very slim at 13.
You might not get pregnant the first time, but once you have sex you will be expected by your boyfriend to continue. If you stay together until 12th grade, even having sex only 1 time per week that would be around 300 times total. Even with condoms you are still flipping coins with pregnancy -- could happen the first time or not at all.
I'm 22 but a lot of my peers and I still love anime. I highly recommend watching the anime series "School Days" before contemplating sex.

To make yourself wait when you're with your boyfriend, visualize giving birth and being pregnant as realistically as you can.
Also this: "While nothing bad may come of it, you probably wouldn't enjoy it much until you're older anyways." is absolutely true. I don't know many women who really enjoyed sex until they were in their 20's.

and seeing a doctor about birth control is probably a good idea if you are starting to have these thoughts.
I think that teens should wait as long as they can before having sex... but if you are with a boy long term that you like, (we are talking over a year together) and over 16 and on hormonal birth control (pills, implants, or shots) then I would be more supportive of your choice.

You and your boyfriend must make an informed decision. You are too young to give legal consent to sex, so you would be doing something illegal and your boyfriend could get in serious trouble.

It'd be unusual if you didn't feel those urges. Its normal certainly but it's really not a great idea to act on them. Kiss, and do other things, but try not to cross that line.
While nothing bad may come of it, you probably wouldn't enjoy it much until you're older anyways. For now just masturbate and that should help. When I was your age I had girls who wanted to have sex but I decided it was just too much for me at that moment and I'm glad I waited.
There is no way to prevent pregnancy you can only reduce the odds. Imagine if you got pregnant? How would your parents react. It's good you understand the risk because it's very real.
My friend's wife said something to me once: never have sex with someone who you couldn't imagine having a baby with. It's good advice.
