When you get your next physical, bring it up to the doctor. Most women start getting their period at 11-13. Your very late. They might want to do some bloodwork on you to make sure your levels are within range. No permanent damage will be done unless its deliberate and it hurts. And yes always use protection...
I hope I understood the question right?

You ovulate before you get your period, so you can still get pregnant, even though you havent started menstruating. The lack of a period does not, however, mean that sex will somehow damage you and the lack of bleeding on your first time probably means your hymen was already broken. If you are very active, do a lot of sports, that could explain both things. All the physical activity could have broken your hymen. Also being very physically active could be keeping your body fat so low that you are not menstruating. YOu need a certain body fat percentage to menstruate and very thin people often suffer from amenorea, lack of a period. Hope this was pertinent information!

hello there, having sex before your periods start will not leave any long term damage, but remember you should still use protection because even though you have not started your periods yet, u can still become pregnant. if u are worried about not having your periods yet, go and see your doctor. feel free to contact me again take care
