The textbook answer is that when a person has intercourse (penis in vagina) they are no longer a virgin.
Oral sex is still a form of sex. Anal sex is also sex. Touching each others privates is sex. Phone sex is sex. Anything a grown person would be sent to jail for doing to an underaged person is sex in various shapes and forms. Not all types of sex mean you loose your virginity.
