If my checkout lane is a mile long, he'll stay in my line!

So theres this guy, of course how else would i start a question lol, that is shy around me and only around me at work. I try to make convo but he always looks down and around when talking to me. I think its cute lol. But the only time he talks to me is when he goes thru my line at work. And everytime he needs something its always my line. It could be the longest line, granted it has been sometimes, and he never leaves. There are around 19 other lines and he always manages to find mine. And he doesnt buy a cartload of things, its one thing two things max. My question is how do I make convo or make a move?
