You're only dating, so you're not committed. As for cheating, you're not cheating at all by speaking to another guy.

 Talk to another guy? No that's not cheating... and dating is not a committment... its an exploration, get to know you better, see if we're compatible enough to go further kinda thing.
So I am not sure what would constitute cheating when you are just dating... I guess if you misled your date into thinking he was the only one and the love of your life AND then you "talked" intimately with another guy that would definitely be dishonest.
So in short what's there to cheat on? No its not cheating.
