writes:My tenth year high school reunion is coming up next year, and I'm worried about running into this guy that I had a huge crush on. We left on really bad terms, I'll try to explain why as quickly as I can.Well he was a jock, and the class validictorian. He was also the most popular guy. All the guys wanted to be like him, and all the girls wanted to date him. He found out I had a crush on him, and treated me like crap because I was a nerd back then.He would wait for me to walk by him and then make out with his girlfriend just to see my reaction. He would also ignore me when I tried to talk to him or his friends. At the senior prom he walked right up to me and then hit on my best friend then walked away!He really hurt me.. how should I act around him at the reunion?

I am not telling you that you should go in and be mean to him, just be the bigger one, be mature and like i said look gorgeous and that'll show him what he missed all those years ago!!! Good Luck xxx

you shouldn't worry. if you are with your friends and he's with his, you have no reason to go any where near him but even if you do, with any luck, he'll have grown up. if not, i'm sure you are mature enough to ignore him. i was bullied at school but one girl who used to be a bully made a point of making genuine conversation with me recently. We both have a young baby so we had something in common. you may be surprised.

I've been through this before. Nothing makes this kind of person more happy than making you miserable. Just ignore him! Completely! It'll make him realize that maybe he didn't get to you, and that he looks like a child. The worst that you can do to these types of people is pretend they didn't exist. The only way people can bring you down is if you let them. You're too good for that kind of treatment!!
