 If he has come inside of you, then yes its a very high chance you will get pregnant.
before you have even thought about having sex with your partner, you should of thought about condoms the pill etc, go to your doctor they can give you advice on whats best, but always take the pill and use a condom, there is still std's, and the pill will help stop you getting pregnant. you really need to go to the doctors get some advice and get tested for pregnancy and std's. good luck

If your boyfriend stops and pulls out before he "cums" then this is known as the "withdrawal method". It is not a reliable way to protect against pregnancy (you can still become pregnant) but it is better than no contraceptive at all.
If you are worried about becoming pregnant you should always use condoms or use a contraceptive yourself (such as the contraceptive pill), or even use both forms of contraceptive at the same time.
