 Sounds like he is using you for sex I'm afraid. He clearly does not respect you if he calls you names, then seemingly he only apologises to you when he wants sex and then goes back to being nasty again.
Dont put up with his name calling - tell him that he is hurting you and if he does not stop then it will be over between you.
And make sure you do a pregnancy test so you can get that sorted once and for all - it sounds like now is not a good environment for a baby so try and find out for certain whether you are or not and take it from there.
