She's always making comments about my "nice butt" and "cut arms" and it embarrasses me. I'm not shy, but I am a bit humble. So when she does this publicly, it makes me feel like I'm the center of everyone's attention. When I tell her to stop (nicely of course and in private) she either laughs and teases me (playfully) or says okay, but starts up again later. It's not serious enough to break up, I am deeply infatuated with her. But can someone tell me how to either cope with the embarrasment, or get her to stop?

You can't get her to stop! She's a happy, loved up girl. And a happy, loved up girl will want to show her boyfriend off. That's what she's doing. There's no real harm in it, and she certainly doesn't mean any harm.
As for coping, I think this is something you just have to live with. Just rise about it when she says something.
But don't try to stop it, or it might hurt her. And a hurt girl is far, far worse than a loved up one.
