Hi,
It is unlikely that he is gay. He might be a transvestite – which means he likes dressing up in women’s clothes. Transvestites do not want to be women, nor are they gay. They fancy women, and often have long and happy marriages. But no one can say why he did this, apart from him. If he’s quite young, it may experimentation, or some kind of fetish. From your question, it isn’t clear whether he is someone that you could talk to about this. If you can, he might be able to put your mind at rest.

 maybe hes just creative and imaginative people can do alot worse things lol. Maybe hes just in touch with his femenin side or maybe hes a stylist in the making. Whatever it is theres nothing wrong with him but gettin your clothes stolen by a fella is pretty annoying tlk to him ask him why he likes to wear thm let him no that your there for him to talk to about n e thing but im sure if he knows u know tht hes stealing your clothes thn hes gotta be quite comfortable bout it so jus hava liddle chat with him :) good luck x
