 Do not use a foreign object to masterbate. (ie, fruit, vegetables) They can cut yourself, and this could lead to infections. It is very unsafe. I had a friend who tried to masterbate with the end of a brush - it caused her to bleed and she had to tell her mom and go to the doctors! What a mess!
I would say the shower head is your best bet.

 The shower heads the ones that you put on your shower with the cords so you can hold them. Put that on massage its sooo amazing it feels soooo good I always masterbate using that. You can also try cucumbers and bananas lol.
