Hmm, for our 6 month anniversary, I blew up a balloon for every day we were together (that's around 170-190 balloons) and put them in the house so he'd see them when he walked in.
For another special occasion, I got an engraved photo album for him, engraved with our pet nicknames for each other, and filled them with special pics of us together.
For our 1 year anniversary, he sent me on a hunt all over town looking for clue notes from him, that ended at a restaurant with him waiting for me (he had been away for work for a couple of months and he came back early and didn't tell me, and surprised me).
Plenty of things you can do, and different approaches to take:
- instead of a present, you can go with something special to do together. Go hiking or canoeing or horseback riding, or something you both like. Creating good memories is often a great anniversary present.
- something special like an engraved picture frame or photo album is nice
- take her back to where you first met or had your first date
- something special/different that shows how much you care and that you put effort into, like a scavenger hunt with sweet notes, or a scrapbook of your relationship
Good luck, hope that helped.

or a nickname?
Maybe you could get it engraved on a necklace or a ring.
Or maybe you have a picture of the both of you,you could get it framed.
Hope ive helped.x
