reader, anonymous, writes (15 June 2009): it depends really look up a bmi calculator thought sometimes they dont work coz my ex boyfirend does a lot fo sport and is 12 stone coz of all the muscle but the bmi says hes ovah weight and hes 14 and about the same height as you i'd say just lead a healthy lifestyle if you want to know look up a bmi calculator on google

The age doesn't matter too much. The height, on the other hand, is very relevant. For a male who is 5 feet and 8 inches, the lowest weight is about 140 pounds. The highest is about 170 pounds. The current average is about 155 pounds. Factors, such as family history (health) and environment (living conditions and physical activity) greatly affect these numbers. I hope this helps.

reader, anonymous, writes (15 June 2009): if you go to google you can type in BMI calculator and it should tell you what you need to find out. Don't worry too much about your weight. I used to when I was a teenager and looking back on it now, I wish I had been more physically active and playing sports. Now I play sport a lot and I really enjoy it, it's the best thing for a healthy lifestyle. Make sure you are eating enough fruit and veg, you have to eat enough!
