I would love to know what exactly can get me a boyfriend?

ok, here it is. i'm english, and i'm seventeen- eighteen in december. i'm not the most beautiful girl in the world, but i know that i'm not ugly. both male and female friends have commented that i have a good body (small waist, curvy hips, hourglass shape, about 5 foot 4, pale, hazel eyes, long eyelashes, very long dark brown hair) i dress quite eclectically, and have been described as 'retro', but that people like my style because its unusual but in a good way, supposedly? haha :) i'm very sarcastic, and know it ;) and have been told that i'm witty and smart, but i don't know about that... my ex was a good friend that led to more, but he cheated on me, i was in pieces for weeks it brought my entire life to a standstill and i promised myself i'd never let a guy do that to me but oh well :) im always the friend, never the GIRLfriend, and i am people's trusted confidante. i would love to know what exactly can get me a boyfriend? like, what flirting moves do you like a girl to do? what should i say, how should i act? i have a lot of wonderful friends but lack intimacy and in that sense i'm very lonely.
