i know but i go gym like 3 times a week and its not working do you think it my food

lilgirly agony auntwell i think everyone hates exercises but i think it's the most important thing if you want to be more fit..tell you what.take some friends with you and go out for a walk everyday with that you'll forget that you're tired and you'll have fun as well..and watch you're food...

Straight Up1 agony auntif you are looking to tone up....a simple way is to do pushups and situps twice a day....morning and night.

little light jogging and some light dumbell work will go a long ways.

simple fact... calories in vs calories burnt. You need to cut down on your calorie intake, so change your eating habits slightlt... start with simple things like no fast food, gravy or sodas... drink lots of water to fill the gap.

over a month or two you will see a difference!!
