 Those pesky sperms are so minuscule that we cant see with our naked eyes. Whether they are there or not , we cannot be sure.
Some of them may survive those lukewarm water and being transferred to your vagina by hand.
There is a remotest chance that you can get pregnant this way but it is not impossible.
You need to be more careful next time.

 Yeah the water would not be a friendly environment to the sperm. There would have also been such a small amount if any at all in the water if you stayed with the shaft. There would be no survivers.

sunny2009 is verified as being by the original poster of the questionI know its the same water and with the same hand i washed :-(. But isn't there a possibility that the hot water could have destroyed any sperms? I don't think my hand was wet from pre cum because as i remember i was massaging his penis shaft not the penis head.

There is a chance that it could (very little) i'd go get a pregnancy test but I'm highly doubting that the sperm would even survive the water. They need a very specific environment to survive and the sink is not it. Get the test to be sure but I wouldn't worry too much about it especially if it was only the pre cum.
