 You cannot be sure that you are pregnant until you take the pregnancy test.
Take it if you are 3 days late and every 3days until the 2nd week or until the period comes.

reader, anonymous, writes (22 March 2010): Yeah is you are one day late or more I urge you to take a pregnancy test, typically women do not feel any pregnancy symptoms in their first month. It is unusual to have more sickness at the third week of pregnancy but can happen as soon as that, although some women never even get morning sickness, I know I didn't while I was preg with my son. If you are pregnant you could be feeling fairly tired, but like I said, typically women do not feel the symptoms the first month of pregnancy. Other than my period was late, I would never know I was pregnant at the time I got pregnant with my son if I hadn't taken a test. So do take a test if your period is one day late or more.

it depends on how late you are ? or if your periods are naturally irregular or it could be due to a number of things , stress, eating habits or anything.
if you are a couple of weeks late , i suggest to go and get a pregnancy test .
