At the time I was annoyed and thought he was blowing me off. He's really shy and sweet and friends of his told my friends that he really likes me so now i dont think he was blowing me off by canceling. How do i fix it??

Unless your text was completely insane, I think he is the one who owes you an apology and a phone call back....don't text him call him or email him.....you have let him know you don't like being taken for granted, don't back down now or it makes you seem like a girl who doesn't stand up for what she expects....you have every right to set a boundary....with him or anyone else.....Since it was the first time he did something like that it may have been over-reacting a little, but still you don't really have much to apologize for....next time sit on your hands if you have too, you have to learn to let guys pursue you, period.

wait untill he texts/speaks to you 1st. if you initiate the next conversation by apologising you may seem clingy.
