I was good for the first semester, but then I got really depressed (randomly) and withdrew from the fall semester. I've maintained a high GPA and this has never happened to me before, and I'm scared it might happen again. I was supposed to see a therapist, but never ended up going because I ended up getting immediate eye surgery. It's been a roller coaster, and I'm not sure what I'm going to do, I'm having a really hard time at this university because community college never prepared me for it, and being away from my family and fiancee, much less the financial cost on my mom is really getting to me. I don't want to give up this opportunity, what should I do??

Definitely try to go back and see that therapist! They're great for everybody - not just if you're in the midst of a major depression. A therapist might be able to help you rebuild confidence and get through these obstacles you're facing with school.
If you're maintaining a high GPA, why not apply for all the scholarships you can? There are so many opportunities to lift the financial burden, perhaps there is one waiting out there for you. If you apply to enough, you may find a few willing to take you on. Even a few hundred dollars can make a difference.
College is hard, being away from your fiancé is hard, and hey - just living life can be hard. But you're doing it and that is something to be proud of. Go talk to a therapist - there's no harm in that! Best of luck to you!!
