I know sperm can survive in the womb for 2 weeks , but a period , especially of normal flow, should clear it.
if youve missed your period already by three days, id wait until it was a full week, then first port of call is a pregnancy test. any will do. and they all have the same statistics. any nurse or doctor will tell you that.

Hi there !!!
I'm sorry because of what happened , any way as a doctor i'd tell you its unlikely that you are pregnant if you had your period
after the intercourse, also the gush of your last period well wash the semen out !! Though the sperms can live for long time !!! But not 2 weeks !! The life span varies according to temperature and other factors !!! They usually live between 48 to 72 hours !!!
Any way you can performe urine or blood pregnancy test which should be informative by now !!
Again as i said its UNLIKELY that you are pregnant !!!
Hope i've helped
