Now I really do not know how to say sorry.I think she will laugh in my face now because she has probably just forgotten about it.How can I say sorry without gettin in trouble or her just laughin?

She may freak out if I approach her.
I have lost all my confidence, I only talk to my mates and I really am to shy to talk to her.
But what if she has just forgotten about it all and is not bothered. Then I will look like the fool.

I can't believe that a teacher, an authoritive figure at a school allowed a child to push her over and hurl abuse at her over a 12 month period.
However the answer to your question would be to go back and apologise face to face.

Say sorry. Write her a letter if you're too shy to do it to her face. Teachers work in a profession which is designed to bring enlightenment to their charges and thus she'll have the framework to understand you've matured.Maybe something like this?"Dear Mrs. XHi, I was a student in your class. I feel really badly about how I behaved. I shouldn't have treated you that way and I feel really guilty about it."Sending flowers will also help, and it'll make you seem less threatening if you're carrying a big blend of mixed blossoms, if you seek her out to say sorry in person.
