I texted him and told him I was watching this movie and he said lol I have fun and then I told him it's weird and I need his help he said wish I could help you? Is he saying it to be mean or does he feel annoyed by me? I was just going to ask him if I should get this tattoo and he isn't writing back and i don't know what to do. I feel heartbroken someone please help?

 Yea I think you've misinterpreted what he's said. I think he's saying how can he help. Your text though, made it sound serious and that may have freaked him out- if someone sent me a txt without context saying they needed help i would think emergency stuff, death in the family, maybe psychological problem, you didn't mention you needed help picking a tattoo! call him up and meet up at the parlor maybe?

 If you want to TALK to this guy then quit the texting and pick up the phone. I can't believe how many young people (your age group) thinks that you can carry on a relationship and get to know people via text, you can't.
