 If going again after she has had one orgasm isn't an option, then the next most obvious solution is spending lots of time on foreplay beforehand, for you that is, it's sounds like she's doing fine as is :P It's really not fair that she's always satisfied while you're left hanging. Is she not bothered by this?

Another thing you might try is having her tell you when she is getting close... You are probably able to pretty well control when you can finish- as she's telling you shes reaching climax you do what you need to do and try finishing at the same time- that way no one is dissatisfied!

Yes, the majority of women are capable of having several orgasms. With many couples the woman has her main orgasm from cunnilingus or manual stimulation before the insertion and intercourse, and either has smaller orgasm(s) during intercourse or is moving into afterglow while her partner takes his pleasure.
At your age I would think that once you have started intercourse you could move into your own climax very quickly, as soon as you sense she is about to climax.

Most girls can multiple orgasm. In my first sexual relationship I never did for some reason but after a little self exploration I became a machine! I suggest testing out that avenue, after the first orgasm change to a position that puts less pressure on her clit and take it slowly, after a short period of time she should be ready to go again.If that avenue doesn't work have a word with her. I'm sure there are certain movements in sex that speed up her orgasm, if she's in control during sex perhaps ask her to hold off in her race for an orgasm, if you're controlling the movements I'm assuming you know what will bring her to orgasm - hold off, tease her, bring yourself there first and then deliver the goods! I'm sure she'll probably be having better orgasms for it too.

First of all a girl can orgasm multiple times- and for me anyway (I assume for other girls) once the first orgasm is reached others come much easier and so I wouldnt want to stop after just one! Like satindesire said- after she orgasms change positions so that her clitoris is no longer being stimulated if its too sensitive/painful. Unless this girl is just a really selfish lover, that should do the trick. I dont know about her- but for me sex isnt over until he's has orgasmed too!
