 If you really love her and your mother knows this then she shouldn't be able to hold you back.
If you truely love her tell your mom how you feel about her and tell her what your going to do.

Tell your mother, you're moving out to live with your family and she would do best not to ever speak ill of your girlfriend infront of you, lest she want to lose you forever.
